There are two sides for the same coin.Every brighter things have a darker side also.Everyone knows the brighter side of the community websites well.That is the main reason for the growing popularity of such sites.This sites bring people closer,increases the chance for a worldwide friendship and people get to know each other and their cultures.
As the popularity increases, the misuse of such sites are also increasing.I have came across some serious cases in the newspaper about misuse of such sites and some have even caused loss of life.I am not going into details about how the site is misused,but i would love to narrate some of the funny but interesting incidents in my life associated with community websites.
The incidents I am narrating may be funny , but we have to think how it affects the concerned people.I had a friend named Shiron .He is an active member of a community websites.His major work is to make friendship with girls.For this he use to go to his friends sites and use that contact and bluffs and makes friendship with their girl friends.One day Shiron and friend Vinod had a small fight.Only then everybody came to know about this incidents.The main reason for their fight was that Shiron made friendship with Vinod's girlfriends and the next day the girls deleted Vinod from their friends list.(The names mentioned here are not the original ones).How interesting !...
The other incident is centered around Vinod.Another main hobby of Vinod was to create communities and make himself the administrator and moderator.He creates voting and when everyone noted that he himself was getting maximum votes.He was an average student and when he puts the voting for the most studious student in the class, he got maximum votes.He does this things just to show students of the other classes who may not know the truth.The secret why he get maximum vote is also an interesting one.He invites friends to his house and invite them to use internet.His system has certain softwares such as keylogger etc which automatically saves your passwords which you used to enter sites from that system.Once I also fell in the trap but I changed my password on time.......
In another incident , one of our senior was made to dress in a yellow full sleeve shirt and black pants with a rose flower in his hands.He was asked to wait in a park in this way on a working day by one of his online community website girl friend.Actually the girls profile was a fake and was made by his friends.They were also hiding in the park.They made fun of him, but he was hurt and they apologized for it.......
These are some of the funny incidences I have came across.But I am sure some serious incidences are going on...The main defense is self consciousness.Let us be more alert so that we are not seriously fooled.

You are absolutely right. I have also seen and read the same what happened on orkut and facebook. It is just todays need that everyone must keep their concentration not to disclose their own identity on such sites. But can we really do that?
